If you have any problems with the schedule please let us know ASAP so that we can correct the web site. Always check the web site after Wednesday night. Always use your refresh key. CCYB only e-mails or calls with changes made after 12:00am Thursday morning.

All managers should e-mail us at CCYBnet@aol.com for the updated phone list. Please give your team name and age level. This will also get you on the team mailing list for needed league information.

When sending CCYB E-mails, please always give your name, team name and age level. We deal with over 200 teams so it is easy to get mixed up.

E-mail us if you need a phone number to confirm a game as we will not have the league phone lists ready as soon as you will need them. Please e-mail all your game scores. Always include team name and age level.

RosterCheck.com is up and running. Please start to add your players on the web site. The site takes less work than creating a team book. It is also more secure than turning in players birth certificates. Teams with out players listed may be left out of the playoff pools. If you see any errors just e-mail CCYBnet@aol.com and let us know. The site administrator will correct it. If your team is not listed just let us know and we will add your team.

All CCYB teams need to confirm there games with the other team. Once you have confirmed the game with the other team, you must e-mail CCYBnet@aol.com and let us know that your game has been confirmed. This will help the umpires, families, players, etc know that this game will take place as scheduled. Starting now, CCYB will schedule all umpires for CCYB games. Our hopes is to provide better service, confirmed games and more consistant umpires that know CCYB playing rules.


Game length.
18U - 13U: 7 innings with no new inning after 2 hours 15 minutes
12U - 11U: 7 innings with no new inning after 2 hours 5 minutes
10U: 7 innings with no new inning after 2 hours 5 minutes
8U - 9U: 6 innings with no new inning after 2 hours 5 minutes
(If game runs over the time limit to within 10 minutes of the next scheduled game the umpire can call the game in order
to not effect the next scheduled game. Time between innings should not be more than 2 minutes or 5 warm up pitches.)
