Please Send Entry Form &
Registration Fee $350.00 entry to:
(After deadline $400.00)
CCYB,
P.O. Box 338,
Placentia, CA 92871
Teams split umpire cost of $70.00 per game at the field,
so $35.00 each per 7 inning game. $45.00 each team per
9 inning game. Each team also pay the host field a $10.00
per game maintenance fee. (This fee goes to the host field
/ team for field rental.) Each team provides the game
balls. Please note that you are only guaranteed to have
games on the dates and starting times that you have requested
for 50% of your home field allotment that you put on this
form. If you do not have a home field, you will need to
play at the starting times and location of the host team.
If you have a home field, you will still need to play
at most 50% away games at the host field and starting
time. Special "starting time" or "field
location" requests from the non-host team will not
be accepted as they bog down our scheduling process. CCYB
tries our best to keep teams as close to there home city
as possible, please be prepared to travel a decent distance
once or twice a season. If your team does not have
a home field, there is a chance you might receive a BYE
or two during the season.
CCYB will schedule all umpires for CCYB games. Our hopes
is to provide better service, confirmed games and more
consistant umpires that know CCYB playing rules. All CCYB
teams need to confirm there games with the other team.
Once you have confirmed the game with the other team,
you must e-mail CCYBnet@aol.com
and let us know that your game has been confirmed. This
will help the umpires, families, players, etc know that
this game will take place as scheduled. Any programs that
have used and want to use a certain umpire just need to
set that umpire up with Jack Thomas at JMTHOMAS429@aol.com
Sunday dates and times that you have your Home field:
Write in the game time for your home field on the blank.
Write in "NO GAME" if you do not want to play
on a certain Sunday. Teams must write down each Sunday
that they want to be scheduled. If you have a home field,
you must write down the starting time for each Sunday.
If you share a home field with another team, you must
confirm starting times with them first, we will use the
starting time you write down on this entry form.
Teams that NO SHOW any scheduled games risk being dropped
from the league. All teams need to check the CCYB.net
web site after 9:00am Thursday morning for the correct
schedule for the coming weekend. If your team is posted
for a game that you can not attend you MUST let CCYB know
by 9:00pm Thursday night for the upcoming weekend or risk
being dropped from the league. There is no refunds for
teams that are dropped by CCYB from the league. CCYB does
not forward money to any team or business entity for any
lost money due to any reason.
