WIFFLE BALL RULES

… Games are 6 innings. 3 outs per inning.

… 3 players per team.

… All players must pitch 2 innings. (1 & 4, 2 & 5, 3 & 6)

… One fastball per hitter is allowed.

… Non fastball pitches must have a 2’ arc or be thrown under 20 MPH.

… Pitch hitting a batter is not a free base. Pitch will be called as if it would have been a ball or strike.

… Any ground ball fielded clean (not hitting the ground after touching the pitcher) in front of the pitchers line is considered a out.

… Only the pitcher can catch a ground ball in front of the pitchers line for an out.

… Any ball hitting fair area past the pitchers line is a hit.

… A double is any fair ball hit past the 2nd fielder.

… An extra base is awarded if one of the two fielders behind the pitcher does not field the ball cleanly. (Ball hitting the ground after touching the fielder.)

… A triple is any fair hit past all three fielders.

… A HR is any ball hit in the air past all three fielders if there is no homerun fense.

… Runners must be forced over and in to score runs.

… Any bad language during the game is considered an out. Outs carry to the next inning.

… Batters tapping or throwing the bats down is considered an out. Outs carry to the next inning.

Tie breaker: Head to head, runs against, run differential (max 15 per game), coin flip.
