- Each team will need a scorekeeper behind home plate to announce players names and pitchers. That way the video will be easy
to know who is exactly batting and pitching for when the college coaches are viewing the game. Doesn’t have to scorekeep game, but does
need to announce hitters and pitchers. Other fans stay away to avoid background noise.

- Film each game in 1080 DP
- Provide audio so that batter name and number can be identified. (Team scorekeeper individual will provide lineup audio service).
- At the completion of each game the video will be transferred onto a computer. Each transfer is about 15 minutes
- Each video will be approx. 2 hours in length which is equal to 16 gig
- We will create a CCYB/Showcase channel on YouTube where each game will be uploaded.
- Each upload will take about 1.5 – 2.5 hours to complete.
- We will provide a link for each game once it has been uploaded for viewing, typically within 24 hours later.
