Any scores or seeding errors must be reported before 7:00pm Thursday night. Seedings are final at 9:00pm Thursday night. Any teams forfeiting play-off or consolation games must let CCYB know by Thursday night so we do not have teams waiting for games that will not be played.

Note: There is a $5.00 admission donation for everyone over 10 years of age valid at all the sites per day. This charge is collected at each game site and goes to help host a quality tournament.
All teams and families should know this rule before signing up in the tournament.
